Before You Start

To help us get your onboarding completed as quickly as possible, please have the following ready:

• Bank account details
• Estimating software logins – for BOTH BSR Admin and your assigned Estimator
• Parts program login – for your assigned Estimator
• Onsite Estimator details – name and email address
• Audanet/Audatex login (if applicable) – this can be provided later as access can take some time to arrange
• Sublet provider names – including any providers you regularly use for mechanical, electrical, glass, ADAS, wheel repairs, air conditioning, etc.

Who Will Be Communicating With The Virtual Estimator?

Your subscription includes two seats on our communication platform Slack. If you require extra seats, contact us.

Set Up Slack

Slack is our communication platform; all communication, document storage, and support go through Slack. You will need Slack on both mobile devices and desktop.

This step is paramount. We cannot start without this.

Here's what to do:

• Each of your team members listed above will receive a Slack invite from us. Do not set up a Slack account without the invite email.
• Download Slack on both desktop and mobile.
• Send a message in Slack once you're set up.
